Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AdvertsReward (advertsreward.com), operated by AdvertsReward ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using any part of our platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Definitions
"Platform" means the AdvertsReward website, API, widget/iframe system, dashboard, and all associated services.
"Publisher" means any registered user who integrates the AdvertsReward offerwall widget on their website or app.
"End User" means a visitor to a Publisher's website who interacts with the widget.
"Completion" means a verified action performed by an End User (such as viewing a PTC ad, completing an offer, finishing a survey, or clicking a shortlink) that results in a reward event.
"Earnings" means the revenue share credited to a Publisher's account following valid Completions.
"Providers" means third-party offer, survey, and advertising networks integrated into the Platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create a Publisher account.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
- You must have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation.
- You must not be located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited by law.
- You may not create multiple accounts. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials and API secret keys confidential. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show evidence of compromise, fraud, or abuse.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending earnings, and legal action where applicable.
5. Widget Integration & Publisher Obligations
As a Publisher, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring your website's content complies with applicable laws and our policies.
- Clearly disclosing to your End Users that third-party offers, surveys, and advertisements may be shown through the widget.
- Obtaining any required consents from End Users in your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR cookie consent).
- Not making your own users feel coerced or deceived into completing offers.
- Keeping your postback endpoint secure and not sharing your secret key.
We reserve the right to suspend widgets on websites that violate these obligations or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful, misleading, or reputationally damaging.
6. Earnings, Payments & Reversals
Revenue Share. Publishers earn a percentage of the revenue generated by valid Completions on their websites. The applicable revenue share percentage is displayed in your dashboard and may change with 14 days' notice.
Hold Period. Earnings may be subject to a hold period (typically up to 30 days) to allow for chargeback and fraud validation by Providers. Held earnings are visible in your dashboard but cannot be withdrawn until released.
Minimum Withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed in your account settings. Payments are processed to your registered payment method.
Reversals & Chargebacks. If a Provider reverses a Completion (e.g., due to fraud or chargeback), the corresponding earnings will be deducted from your balance. We will provide notification of reversals where possible.
Fraud Forfeiture. Earnings generated through fraudulent activity will be permanently forfeited and your account may be terminated. We may attempt to recover damages through legal means if losses are material.
Taxes. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on your earnings. We may withhold tax where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, software, trademarks, and branding are the property of AdvertsReward or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without prior written consent.
By integrating our widget, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display our widget on your website solely for the purpose of delivering the Platform services.
8. Third-Party Providers
The Platform integrates with third-party offer networks and survey providers. These Providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party Providers. Disputes regarding offer credits should be directed to us at [email protected] and we will liaise with the relevant Provider on your behalf where reasonable.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE AT ALL TIMES. USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADVERTSREWARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL EARNINGS PAID TO YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdvertsReward and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked.
- Earnings accrued through fraudulent means will be forfeited.
- Legitimate pending earnings above the minimum threshold may be paid out at our discretion after a fraud review period.

14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally should first be submitted to us in writing at [email protected]. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
